A place to shop where the staff has integrity and know we need to earn your business and your respect. Simply we treat you the way we would want to be treated.

Our Story

Our humble beginning started in August of 1976. Sonny Gowell and His Eldest son Rick Gowell are annoyed with having to drive over an hour round trip to get their necessities. Create G&G Feed Store to meet the needs of a growing community. They Start by selling Hardware, Grain and Groceries. Over time as the town grew so did the store. It was built onto several times and eventually was more of a general store. Over time Rick Gowell Built a Divided Building next to the store with the purpose of renting part of it as a glass shop and the other part as a video rental store. The glass shop never happened and that side of the building was used as storage for G&G. The Video store and other business came and went leaving the building used just for storage. Around 2004 Needing more space for the business Rick utilized the storage space and started a separate Hardware Store Called Litchfield Building Supply. Shortly after he sold the grocery business to his eldest son Rick Gowell III In 2013 Rick Retired and sold his Hardware Store to his youngest son Percy Gowell. Who operates Percy's Hardware Today.
